Firefighters responded to a call in the Carolina Forest area early this morning. Around 5:30 crews with Horry County Fire Rescue were dispatched to the 400 block of Emerson Drive. at the scene, an outside fire spread to the exterior of a home. HCFR stated there was no damage to the interior and no injuries were reported. This fire is under investigation.
