Marion – Workers fought a fierce fire near Marion on Sunday.
Marion Fire District reports that the fire broke out on Sunday after burning more than six acres[6 ha].
“We are amazed at how fast this fire is growing today, even after such a cold and rainy spring!” Report on social media.
The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation responded to the survey with the Exploration River Fire Department.
Firefighters say the smoke stays in the area and firefighters are on Monday to inspect any hot spots.
