July ‘Living With Wildfire’ town halls


Colorado Sources – Colorado Springs Fire Department Informative City Hall Series has announced four more days in July.

The first two meetings will be for residents of I-25 northeast and south of Wudmon, north of Pilmor, including the following neighborhoods.

  • North Nevada / Studio
  • Craigmor
  • Gardening
  • Great view
  • Pulpit Rock
  • Kitty Hawk
  • Bonnieville

Meetings will be held from 6 a.m. to 30 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 12 And Thursday, July 14Both at Pulpit Rock Church – 301 Austin Bluff Parkway.

The second meeting in July will include the following settlements for residents living north of Plate / Utah, I-25 east, west of Academy and Philemon.

  • Rosewell
  • The end of the old north
  • Patty Jewett
  • Medium earthquake run
  • Palmer Heights
  • Austin States
  • Palmer Park
  • Wasen

These meetings will be held from 6 a.m. to 30 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 19 And Thursday, July 21First United Methodist Church – 420 N. Nevada Avenue

During the summer, additional sessions are being added to other parts of the city. All meetings cover the same topics, and there will be plenty of time for questions. All participants can sign up for emergency notifications and a neighbor chip program at the meeting.
